Every decision feels heavier when the world is watching.

As the holidays approach, Bode and Tati find themselves fighting a battle on all fronts. Bode’s cousin-in-law pushes harder than ever for him to end the pregnancy — forcing him to defend the family he’s trying to build before it even exists. At the same time, Tati is burning the candle at both ends: juggling a demanding full-time job with a nonstop calendar of appointments that drain her energy and stretch her patience thin.

Then the financial safety net snaps. Bode’s work slashes his hours when they need money most, and the promising housing plan with Tati’s relatives suddenly looks like it’s collapsing brick by brick.

But despite all the pressure — there’s one spark of joy: the gender reveal is coming. And for a moment, hope feels real again.
